Через ХФ86 ??? но как??? там ведь не указывается явной частоты обновления, а только диапазон вроде того: 60 - 120 . ???

Да.. хорошо бы такие названия прог по настройке иксов, сети и пр. были написаны на дефалтны, х обоях рабочего стола, было б оч. удобно, ИМХО
