Проблема с установкой драйверов на дебиан ,видео Ати 1600хт
делаю установку и настройку пользуясь этой ссылкой

после ребута и startx ,система впадает в транс,помогает только ресет,в логи ничего не пишет.

может кто нить что нить подскажет?

Для начала отключи модуль ядра, и проверь на официальном сайте amd, поддерживается ли это ядро в данной версии драйвера.
Во-вторых, запости /var/log/Xorg.0.log - на чём-то ведь система запнулась.
